We avoid the restrictions of any one ‘school’, preferring to combine elements from several, including rational emotive behaviour, neuro-linguistic programming and emotional intelligence. We are committed to the teaching of cognitive skills as the most effective means for recognising self-responsibility and improving outlook and behaviour.

We use bio-feedback and other techniques to allow students to experience the close connection of mind and body. It increases their understanding of the physiology of stress and the benefits of relaxation.

We view stress management training as an all-embracing personal development issue and we combine the above with other related matters such as assertiveness and time management. We offer managers the opportunity to raise self-understanding and equip them to feel more confident and positive about managing the quality of their lives at and outside work.
