Neither counselling nor therapy, this confidential one-to-one coaching is for those who normally manage pressure well but, for whatever reason, have ‘hit the buffers’. Their experience of stress may be affecting their physical or emotional health and causing changes in their normal performance, behaviour or mood.

David Newth’s role, as a detached outsider, is to guide the individual towards a clear understanding of the causes and effects of their difficulty. The approach is direct but not directive and explores suitable cognitive and practical coping skills, enabling the individual to regain their sense of control.

Normally 2-3 half-day sessions.
