It is a powerful and thought-provoking event which allows individuals to
appraise the management and quality of their lives. Whilst the usual topics of relaxation, life-balance, time management, assertion, etc. are well covered, greater emphasis is placed on cognitive skills, examining perceptions, anxiety, difficult relationships, self-esteem, etc. Participants experience the use of bio-feedback equipment to heighten self-awareness.
