We work exclusively in the field of work-related stress. Our purpose
is to provide employers with sound expertise and quality service, combining
consultancy, training and coaching, especially for managers. Our job is
to help managers cope well under pressure, both for their own benefit
and so that they can more effectively lead and support others.
We adopt a pragmatic philosophy to occupational stress because we understand
the inevitability of the pressures found in modern working life. Whilst
there should always be an umbrella of corporate awareness and support,
we believe the most realistic scope for potential improvement centres
on employees taking responsibility by learning self-awareness and coping
skills. Managers especially should be given the opportunity to better
understand the pressures, know how to deal with them and recognise the
influence they have on others and the support they are expected to provide.
