David Newth is Senior Partner and delivers much of Millfield's work himself. He already had wide experience in general management before studying at The Centre for Stress Management and establishing The Millfield Consultancy in 1993. He is an ISMA Validated Trainer and in 1998-2000 was UK Chair of The International Stress Management Association, guiding the development of professional standards. He has links with CIPD, BACP and IOD and is a Fellow of The Institute of Management Specialists.
